Shipping Policy
Who we ship to
We currently ship to all EU member states. Orders are fulfilled from our EU facilities and partner warehouses (primarily Poland, Spain, and Germany), depending on stock availability.
Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Pre-order or back-order items will display an estimated ship date at checkout or by email.
Delivery times (estimate)

European Union (EU): 3–14 business days
Remote areas or peak seasons may require extra time. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and carrier options. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown on the cart/checkout page.
Tracking & carriers
We use reliable EU carriers (e.g., DHL, DPD, GLS, InPost and partners). Tracking is provided by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Split shipments
To deliver faster, items in one order may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at info.baymenow@gmail.com. We can’t modify the address after dispatch.
Failed delivery / return to sender
Parcels returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or uncollected pickup may be re-shipped upon request; additional postage may apply. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the item price excluding original shipping once the parcel is received back (see our Return Policy for details).
Damaged, missing, or lost parcels
The customer must inspect the parcel and the goods immediately upon receipt. If any visible damage, shortage, or other defects are found, please notify us no later than within 5 (five) calendar days of delivery, attaching photos/videos and the order number. Late notification may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.
If a parcel was not delivered, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If loss or damage is confirmed, we will replace or refund according to your preference.
Customs & VAT

EU deliveries: prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable.

Non-EU destinations (if enabled in future): local duties/taxes may be charged by your customs office; these are the recipient’s responsibility.
Gifts
Gift messages and (where available) gift receipts can be added during checkout.
